Refund policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it dispatches. Email hello@eclorepress.com with your order number. Once an order has dispatched, the return policy below applies.

Returns

We accept returns of unused books in their original condition within 30 days after delivery. Email hello@eclorepress.com with your order number before sending the return. For a standard return, you are responsible for return postage.

If your order arrives damaged or we send the wrong item, email hello@eclorepress.com with your order number and, when possible, a photo of the problem. Éclore Press will cover any return postage and offer a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
